All lessons and consultations are paid 100% in advance.
Your regular time slot stays reserved for you as long as your package or trial lesson is paid before the lesson starts.
A standard package is valid for 30 calendar days from your first lesson. For a holiday, business trip or long illness it can be extended by 7 days by prior arrangement, no more than once every three months (not available for Flexible).
A Flexible package is valid for 90 days.
Cancellations, rescheduling and lateness
You can cancel or reschedule a lesson free of charge until 22:00 the day before.
If you cancel or reschedule on the day itself, the lesson counts as taken and is charged.
Rescheduling a lesson does not extend your package, but you can come on another day if your teacher has a free slot.
Time lost to arriving late is not made up; arriving more than 30 minutes late without notice cancels the lesson with no replacement.
Paid packages and gift vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged.
